MICE Workshops

The MICE Workshops are one of the tools of the profession to which PARTANCE is particularly committed in developing 6 times a year with the aim of federating meetings with "ultra-qualified" decision-makers in the profession, constantly looking for exceptional places, and new addresses for the realization of their future projects.

After Work Format (5:30 p.m./9:30 p.m.) - Preliminary qualification work  - Brieffing & descriptiondu profil (From 5:00 p.m.) - Installation  - Personalized signage - QR Code including Full description and MICE potential of each Hotelier & Destination present given at check-in -  Presentation  en "back to back" on each corner / high table - Champagne dinner cocktail and Maître d'Hôtel service - Complete list delivered the next day for personalized follow-up.

For the past 5 years, PARTANCE has been deploying promotional actions dedicated to the development of the Luxury segment and of individual customers with a very high contribution, with a new profile of subscribers, lifestyle facilitators who join the specialized agencies of this very specific niche.

Associations

PARTANCE - ICCA Member - has for many years developed a department totally dedicated to the Associations segment in order to be able to meet the growing demand from destinations, regions and congress infrastructures wishing to develop this target which has become very attractive in the face of the number of visitors generated and facing the notoriety that certain Congresses generate on the destinations which host the profile of events.
